BRICKS's Quality Certification Program
This program is a dynamic ranking system in which carriers are ranked by relevance and appropriateness for all lanes at all times. This program results in a carrier list that is constantly rated and maintained according to ongoing rate negotiation, performance metrics, and other quality-related criteria. We continuously collect information on the carriers in our network regarding capacity, pricing trends, reliability, quality control standards and overall customer service. We believe this quality control program helps to ensure that our clients receive high-quality service regardless of the carrier that is selected for an individual shipment. We regularly monitor our carriers' pricing, shipment track record, capacity and financial stability using a system in which carriers are graded based on their performance against other carriers, giving our clients an enhanced level of quality control.
Multi-Modal
Our carrier network provides our clients with substantial breadth and depth of offerings within each mode. We maintain the quality of our carrier network by obtaining documentation to ensure each carrier is properly licensed and insured, and has an adequate safety rating.
